Meditation for resetting your body & mind
- Silently in your mind repeat the Mantra.
- If other thoughts come to your mind, let them come and when it occurs go back to the mantra.
- If you fall asleep that’s fine.
- If you hear a noise: those are just perceptions evoking just thoughts; repeat the Mantra when it occurs but not forcefully.
- If you stay on the Mantra word all the time is not necessary the best.
- During the thought gaps (moments of nothingness) higher awareness thoughts from subconscious will surface.
- In the end slowly wake up.
